DIOR PRESENTS THE SAVOIR-FAIRE BEHIND THE TOP CASE FOR THE VESPA 946 CHRISTIAN DIOR
An ode to freedom and life’s sweet pleasures, the Vespa 946 Christian Dior scooter, redesigned by Maria Grazia Chiuri, is adorned with a top case specially crafted to fasten to its luggage rack, the signature of a distinctive look. Made according to the Dior atelier’s leatherworking savoir-faire, this trunk is assembled thanks to the virtuoso gestures of an artisan who covers it in technical fabric adorned with the Dior Oblique motif designed by Marc Bohan in 1967. Then, it is enhanced with elegant finishes, such as metal elements with an antiqued gold effect and handles and details in smooth calf leather. Here, watch how this irresistible creation is made.
