Here’s how to connect your new sidecar to your Vespa.
Installation guide:

Our sidecar is designed for easy installation while maintaining strength.

It can be securely attached and removed using just four screws, and the connecting plate is robust enough to support heavy loads. Any workshop or service can install the sidecar for you by following the provided instructions. If you encounter any issues, our mechanic is available for assistance via a WhatsApp video call.

If you're in Florida, we can handle the installation for you for just $350 in about three hours. For those in other states, simply let us know your nearest Vespa dealer or preferred garage, and we will coordinate with them for the installation.

The sidecar you receive will already be fitted to the frame for straightforward installation.

What’s included in the box?
- Sidecar capsule body made of fiberglass
- Sturdy steel frame
- Acrylic windshield
- Wheels pre-fitted with tires that match your original rims
- Connecting plate (underframe for Primavera)
- Seat belt
- Seat
- Screws
- Mudguard

1. Join the suspension system to the frame

  • You will find 2 screws 3 inches long to join both parts.

2. Join the frame to the vespa

  • Remove the battery on the floor of your Vespa

  • You will see 2 holes under the battery and 2 square holes in both sides

  • Pass through the 4 screws from up to down

  • Pass under the Vespa the 4 screws through the holes on the frame and put the nuts. Tight all 4 very well

Vespa Primavera has another accessory between the Vespa and the frame of the sidecar, you have to pass the screws through the holes of the separator/square before the big frame

3. Attach the sidecar body to the frame.
You will notice four holes in both the frame and the fiberglass body that need to be secured with 2-inch screws.
If the body lacks holes, simply place it over the frame and mark the locations of the holes from underneath. Then, create the holes in the body. The red 'x' indicates screws to the frame, the orange 'x' shows screws to the frame for installing the belt, and the blue 'x' represents screws from below to secure the seat. The blue square indicates the seat's position, while the yellow 'x' marks the hole for the light cable.

5. Attaching the Seat to the Body
Locate the four holes at the bottom of the sidecar body. Place the seat on the floor, align it with these holes, and insert the four black screws from underneath to secure the seat to the body.

6. Mounting the Windshield
At the front of the sidecar, there are two pre-drilled holes for the windshield brackets, along with two extra holes for the installation screws. Fasten the windshield using nuts on the inside, making sure they are tightened securely.

7. Lights

Before installing the seat, route the two cables from the back right of your Vespa's turn signals to the right turn signal of your sidecar. Additionally, connect the cable to the front right turn signal. You will only need two cables (positive and negative).

Since it's not possible to find the same terminal as the Vespa's turn signal installation, you will need to remove the existing terminals and install new standard ones, which can be easily removed if necessary.
